Neam App - User Agreement

Welcome to Neam! This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of the Neam mobile application (the "App"), which is owned and operated by LANSENHI LLC("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Neam App, you (the "User" or "you") agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not download, install, or use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you accept and agree to the terms of this Agreement, including any future updates or changes made to it. The Company may modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the App or the Company’s website. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Compliance with Laws: You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Prohibited Content: You will not upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise harmful.
• Respect for Others: You will not harass, intimidate, or engage in disruptive behavior towards other users.

5. License to Use the App

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services or contain links to third-party websites. The Company does not control or endorse these third-party services and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of use. Any interactions you have with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and trademarks, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of the Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Termination of Account

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease, and you must stop using the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App’s features, content, or availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or your violation of this Agreement.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of local, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation in local.

14. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company regarding the use of the App and supersedes all prior agreements or communications.
• Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or acts of government.
